MARCELO GARCIA
VFX executive producer
With a background in business administration and accounting, he embarked
on his career in the field of telecommunications. In 2001, he ventured
into the world of film and television production.
In 2005, he joined 100 Bares, Juan José Campanella's production company, as part of the post-production team where he developed his career,
demonstrating a keen interest in audiovisual production. Alongside his
management skills, this led him to take on roles essential for managing
many of the technical and human resources within the Visual Effects
Department of the company.
He quickly became a key figure as a Visual Effects Producer (VFX Producer).
All this effort made it possible for him to be part of the film "El
Secreto de tus Ojos," becoming the first VFX Producer from Argentina to
be part of an argentinean Academy Award-winning production. In addition,
he was a member of the prestigious Visual Effects Society (VES).
Since 2010, as a co-founder and Executive VFX Producer at ONER Vfx, he
has excelled in both domestic and predominantly international
productions, meeting post-production goals, and delivering films and
episodic content to markets in America, Europe, and Asia.
